You can permanently delete your Inferna Studio account and all data attached to it, yourself, in one click. This applies to accounts created with Facebook, Google or as a guest.
Self-service (instant)
- Sign in at infernastudio.com/login (the same way you signed up).
- Open your profile.
- Scroll to Danger zone and press Delete my account, then confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It erases your profile (name, email, picture reference), session, stats, XP and rank, inventory and currencies, campaign progress, achievements and medals, gameplay telemetry, and your idea-board posts and votes. Nothing is retained except standard web-server logs, which rotate out automatically.
Signed in with Facebook?
Deleting your account here removes everything we received from Facebook (your name, email and picture URL). You can additionally remove the app from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Apps and websites — that revokes our access on Facebook's side.
Can't sign in?
Use the contact form (topic: "Account help") from the email address on the account, and we'll delete it manually within 7 days and confirm by email.
